Stick Pack Form-Fill-Seal Machine
Horizontal forming, filling and sealing for stick packs. Servo-driven film transport, volumetric or servo dosing, and configurable sealing jaw temperature zones.
View details โWe design, build and commission stick pack and flat sachet lines for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, cosmetic and chemical industries โ from film supply through to secondary packaging, as one integrated line or as individual machines.

A detergent sachet and a probiotic stick pack look similar on the shelf and share almost nothing technically. Tell us your sector and product, and we will specify the machine around them.

Learn more โMost projects start with one of these three and grow from there. Many end up running two formats on the same line.
Film supply, forming, dosing, sealing and secondary packaging integrated into one line, with unit counting and exact distribution ready to sell.
Learn more โAn easy-open individual pack with a precise serving size. High product-to-space efficiency, which lowers storage and shipping cost per dose.
Learn more โA four-seal format that is thinner and more flexible than a stick pack, with wide scope for material, detail and shape variation.

Most single-dose projects do not start with a machine list. They start with a product that has to hold its dose, a film that has to seal at a given speed, and a target cost per unit that leaves room to sell.
We work from those three constraints backwards: we form your own film on the machine, fill your own product, seal it, and measure what comes out โ then adjust until the output matches the specification you actually need.
