Packaging Machinery — Machines and Complete Lines

Stick pack and flat sachet form-fill-seal machines, film supply, dosing systems, coding and secondary packaging. Specified around your product, film and target dose.

Machine range

Individual machines or one coordinated line

Every project is quoted against a specification rather than a catalogue entry. Tell us the film, the product, the pack size and the annual volume, and we will configure the machine around them.

⚙

Configured to your product

Dosing method, sealing temperature and contact materials are selected around your product's behaviour, not a default specification.

📐

Trial runs on your film

Your film runs through the machine before acceptance, so the sealing window and speed are proven on real material rather than assumed.

Export-ready documentation

Wiring diagrams, operating procedures and machine documentation in English, with the electrical supply matched to your site.

What changes between sectors

The machine frame is often the same. The dosing, the sealing and the documentation are where sector differences show up — and where quotations usually differ.

What is included as standard

A packaging machine is only half the decision. The other half is whether the supplier is still reachable when the film will not seal at the speed you need — which is usually week three, not year three.

  • Trial run on your film and product, with measured output samples
  • English wiring diagrams, operating procedures and machine documentation
  • Installation and operator training included in the quotation
  • A named project engineer who stays with the order through commissioning
  • Spare wear parts recommended and quoted with the machine

Common questions

Questions buyers ask before ordering

How do I get an accurate price?
Send your film structure and thickness, the product and its physical state, the target fill weight or volume, the pack dimensions and your annual volume. With those five we can specify a machine and quote against it rather than quoting a range.
Can you run a trial on our film before we commit?
Yes, and we recommend it. Seal behaviour varies considerably between film structures and suppliers. Running your film lets us set the sealing window and confirm the achievable speed before you accept the machine.
What delivery time should we plan for?
Machines configured for a standard stick pack are typically ready for shipment within 60 to 90 days of order, longer when new tooling or dosing development is involved. The exact schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
Do you supply the packaging film as well?
We can supply multilayer film from our own extrusion and lamination, or work with your existing film supplier. Where you already have a qualified film, we design the machine around it.
Is installation and training included?
Yes, installation and operator training are quoted with the machine rather than treated as extras. Remote commissioning by video is also available where the site cannot justify a visit.
What about documentation for pharmaceutical work?
We supply machine documentation, electrical drawings and operating procedures in English. Where your internal process requires additional validation documentation, tell us early so it can be planned into the project rather than added later.

Not sure which format fits your product?

Describe the product, the dose and the market, and we will tell you whether stick pack or flat sachet is the better fit — including the trade-offs.
